Independent Contractor providing technical assistance and program support services to non-profit community development organizations, faith based organizations, public housing authority grantees, and private housing developers. Consulting areas also include assistance in other affordable housing programs such as the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program, housing revenue bond financing, HOME, CDBG and Section 8 Rental Assistance, Prison Ministry and Battered Women.
